Through hyper-local sourcing and live fire cooking,  our ingredient driven cuisine aims to tell the story of the bio region, highlight its farmers and ranchers,  all with the intention of reconnecting people with food, nature and their bodies.

  • Garden at Dusk Dinner at Olivewood Gardens

    April 18

    We are so excited to partner Olivewood Gardens for their first dinner in the series of the 2025 season! They will also welcome back Local Sommelier Tami Wong of Stay Classy Selections, she will pair amazing local wine with the farm to table feast! Join us for a magical evening under the stars featuring a delicious meal, drinks, and community - all for a good cause! Proceeds will support Olivewood's free and low cost community programs focusing on food and environmental education, access, and advocacy! 

    Full price & sliding scale ticket prices available to support community access.  All tickets receive the full meal and drink options available.

    We’re back at Thompson Heritage Ranch!

    Ty and his family have been busy growing their ranch to include much more than just world class pork. Fresh off the release of a new brand, Allevamento Riserva, the first full-blood Piedmontese beef label in North America, this time we’re highlight their Berkshire pork, Piedmontese beef, pastured chicken, lamb and A2A2 dairy.

    This event is more than just a dinner; it's a celebration of one man’s pursuit of sustainable practices, and culinary artistry. You'll have the opportunity to connect with the community, learn about where your food comes from, and enjoy dishes prepared with the freshest, locally sourced ingredients.

    Nestled in the heart of Escondido, Sage Hill Ranch Gardens invites you to join a select gathering of 75-80 guests for this exclusive event.

    Following a tour, settle in for a culinary adventure under the stars with the ambiance of live music. Our 5-course dinner prepared by Hearth & Harvest, featuring the freshest ingredients from our farm, will tantalize your taste buds and conclude with a sumptuous dessert, wrapping up the experience around 9 PM.

    Set in an all-outdoor venue, we encourage guests to dress for comfort and wear suitable footwear for a walk through natural surroundings.
